A note on fees. All engagements are paid. Fees are confirmed on inquiry, after a short conversation about the scope and situation, to avoid the misfit that comes from quoting before context. Diagnostic Sessions are flat-rate. Retainers and project work are scoped and contracted in writing before any work begins.
